Our Club and Foundation Board meet on the First Wednesday of each month.
Our Kiwanis Foundation raises funds for our many project through the Midnight Run on July 3 & 4th, Adventure Run on the 2nd Sunday in January, and our golf tournament in the spring.
Senior College Scholarships
Our Foundation give four senior scholarships to Dunedin High School. We honor four distinguished Kiwanians: Henry Hardin, Harley Watts, Larry Kravet, and Alan Kennedy.
Key Club Sponsorships
Our Kiwanis club supports the Dunedin High School Key Club service projects, facilitate the Key Club meetings, provide mentorships and provide college scholarships for the Key Club students.
In addition, we support the Key Club members to go to their District Leadership and Educational Conference each year.
K Kids in elementary schools
A service and leadership club: Curtis Fundamental, Dunedin, and San Jose Elementary Schools.
Kiwanis Builders Club at Dunedin Highland Middle School
Our Kiwanis club brings in food and treats and recognizes, supports and encourages the kids, through example, so they feel empowered to do great things in their communities. We support Builders Club service projects, facilitate the Builders Club meetings, provide mentorships. The Builders Club organized the Builders Threadz clothes closet to help families in need at their school.
Kiwanis Terrific Kids Sponsor
We honor student achievement through their deeds and actions at school with tee shirts, pencils, certificate, and other goodies. We are currently sponsoring the following Kiwanis Terrific Kids clubs:
Curtis Fundamental Elementary
Dunedin Elementary
Garrison-Jones Elementary
San Jose Elementary
