Hello Dunedin!

The Dunedin Kiwanis Foundation is a 501(c)3 and we support children from all walks of life.

We provide programs in the elementary schools to recognize students who are Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive, and Capable (TERRIFIC kids), children who want to do better in school by Bringing Up Grades (BUG), sponsor leadership clubs called K-Kids in the elementary schools, Builders Club in the Dunedin Highland Middle school, and Key Club in our high school. We adopt classes, award scholarships, support the Builders Threadz (a clothing store for children that need help), and school activities.

The Kiwanis foundation also helps organizations who give help to children and their families in need. The House of Mercy & Encouragement, Kimberly Home, Dunedin Cares food pantry, and many others who ask for help.

We also support teacher appreciation breakfast, Kids Art Day at the Fine Arts Center, and two Special Olympic teams, boxcar derby.

The Kiwanis Club of Dunedin is the members who volunteer for the foundation. We help children from pre-natal through high school.

Our community projects include the Kiwanis Sprayground at the aqautic park in Dunedin, Boundless Playground at the community center, Fitness Center at Weaver Park, and our packet park along Bayshore Blvd.

To fund our service to children we have the 41st Kiwanis Midnight Run, 11th Adventure Run, and the 2nd annual Golf Tournament.

Join us and experience your aha moment!
